Halloween Cross Stitch

I bought the pattern and materials back in July 2022, but haven’t used any of it until now.

My plan was to pull out the motifs and put them together in smaller pieces. That’s what this first one is. I think  moving forward though, I’ll actually put my chosen motifs into my own little chart to make sure I have things spaced out well. It’s kind of hard to do that on the fly, but in general, I’m really having fun with this and I love these cute little motifs!

8/30 – I’m finished with this and am tickled with it! It still needs to be framed, but that won’t take long. I can’t wait to make more of these using different motifs and layouts! I never did bother to chart anything out. I just added things where they seemed like they wanted to go and then filled in the open spots as I was finishing it up.
